What we built
A guided assessment across six pillars and 40 reflection statements, scored on a shared five-stage rubric
Individual and group assessments that people can save and return to

An institutional profile: a radar chart across the six pillars, with the detail behind each dimension
An action plan that turns priorities into actions with targets, named leads and resources

Each institution sees where it stands on strategy, environment, partnership, pedagogy, implementation and impact.

Faculties and units compare their scores, discuss why they differ and agree priorities together.
